Hipoges officially relocated and moved to a new, re-designed office in Madrid. Most people working with Hipoges in Madrid moved after the company experienced an exponential growth in recent months. During the months of August and September, more than 100 people, who until then worked in the Villergas Street office in Madrid, along with the new hires, moved in with the rest of the Hipoges team, into newly bought and designed floors.
The change, which consisted of the opening of new floors in the Mízar Building, on 3 Albacete Street, in Madrid, happened on September 5th when all the employees were able to start working in their new post alongside the rest of their colleagues.
Always in looking for ways to grow, Hipoges already has a workforce of more than 1.200 people. These employees are spread throughout Spain, Portugal, Greece, and Italy. Of these 1.200 people, about 600 are in Madrid, now distributed by the Mízar Building. Now, Hipoges has a total of 5 floors (from the 2nd to the 6th floor) on the same building, bringing cohesion to the teams and a stronger team spirit.
Although the new office is very close to the old one, the change and the reorganization of the staff in Madrid will allow better communication between colleagues from different departments, in the same way that it will help create a greater spirit of proactivity and motivation.
The Madrid office is another step of growth and evolution
This change benefited Hipoges at local level in Madrid, but also globally. Such a change was a result of the work of all Hipoges team, as well as it demonstrates a beneficial growth for the whole Group.
As a leader in this project, Mayka Vaquerizo, Team Coordinator of the Office Management department, shared a few words about this great step for the Group:
“The growth and expansion of companies requires stopping, thinking and reorganizing resources. At Hipoges we carried out an exercise of redefinition of our facilities by increasing the staff, taking into account not only the new locations and needs, but also the new work models and the need for open and bright spaces that facilitate cooperation, interaction, flexibility, also maintaining the brand image and identity of the organization. The result has been excellent and we now have new facilities and new locations available to all our employees, in line with our identity and approach, as well as with our work model.”
